I think that both "The Tempest" and "A.M.S.N.D"("a Mid Summer Night's Dream") are great reads and anyone who likes reading Shakespeare should read them. So you should try reading them, who knows if you're Shakespeare reader or not, or you might be a storyteller and might change it a little to make it more understandable so you can put it into one of your stories. In the meantime, you should check out this great website,
StoryConnection.net, for some great story stories on CDs.

Dear Nikolas:
Thank you for plugging my website. I am so honored. How cool!
I want to share with you the story of an author that inspires me. His name is Christopher Paolini. Christopher was homeschooled and finished high school early. At the age of 15, he began writing a story. Graduating from high school early gave him the time he needed to work on his novel and when it was finished, it was a huge 600 page tome. His family self-published the novel and it caught the eye of Carl Hiaason, author of many books including Hoot. Christopher's novel ended up being published and he was only 19 years old. The name of that novel is bestseller, Eragon, a fantasy story filled with dragons, sword fights, and magic. His second novel, Eldest, is just as popular. Christopher credits his success to exposure to lots of great literature - he loved to read.
So it's so cool that you are recommended Shakespeare. I can't wait to see what worlds you will conquer when you get older.
Love,
Dianne
